Refinishing plastic

Any particular method in resurfacing plastic? My 3DS fell out of my pocket, and has some pretty ugly looking scuffs.

I think getting a case for it would be the easiest fix.

Yeah, probably true there, though I'd still like to buff out the scratches beforehand.

just wish that you had bought the current case long time ago,so that you won't be very distressed.when scuffs occured,they will always have traces.
