Refined sugar making me want to puke/anxious

do you take chromium picolinate? we require more information, after all, I'm not really a doctor, I just play one on T.V.

Male. I notice this if I drink something that obviously has a lot of refined sugar. For example, I just had a can of sprite. If I drink lemonade, I get this. But I can eat lots of fruits and I'll feel fine.

I don't take chromium.
I looked up warning signs for diabeetus and I'm not really getting any of the symptoms on that list.

Worth getting checked for diabetes regardless of what WebMD says. In the mean time, just drink diet soda. Problem solved.

Hmmmm...... yep insuline spike for sure.......are you eating/drinking on empty stomach?

I always avoid drinking sugary drinks on an empty stomach since that pretty much guarantees I'm gonna feel like shit. But recently it's been happening even when I'm full, like today I had the spirte after I just loaded myself up on pizza.

Not quite......artificial sweetners have a tendancy to make you crave sweets.....you are essentially tricking you body.............

That's bullshit. I've been drinking diet soda for 5 years now. Seriously so much bullshit about diet soda and dieting in general on the internet and people are so quick to believe it.

I drink diet soda myself, I am speaking from personal experience. I wasn't diet soda bashing......sheesh

I will up your "bullshit" with a "bullshit". Why does anyone intake any of that crap? Your person experience & cause/effect is really not a measure of anything.

I just did aerobic exercise for 5 minutes around a hour ago and I've been feeling fine since.
Just throwing that out there in case if it may be a helpful clue.

I plan to see one, but I like to get lots of advice outside of the doctor as well. In my experience, unless you have a common disorder, you can go to 5 different doctors and often all 5 doctors can tell you something different.

Your believing the fantasy tales of someone wanting to be a "health" expert on the internet does not beat my personal experience. How about point out these peer reviewed studies on aspartame that backs up what you're saying. People read a Wikipedia article on digestion and then start imagining what must happen. Then they tell dopes like you and you believe it hook line and sinker.
