refills for laser printer? advice needed.

Hi guys. I bought a lexmark E 210 laser printer for my grand daughters a while back. Now the starter toner that came with it is empty. Have any of you had experience with refilling the laser toner? I see a refill kit at tonerrefillkits.com for $32. It it worth it or easy enought to do? Can I refill the started cartridge or do I need to by a new one?

You can also use the cartridge for a Samsung 1210 for the Lexmark E210. It's the same, except the Samsung sells for less. Also, I suggest downloading the printer driver for the Samsung 1210 and using it instead of the Lexmark driver. The Samsung driver allows toner save mode, which is not included with the Lexmark. It also prints graphics better.

I will try the samsung, but I read that I have to modify the printer to accept this cartridge. Is that correct?
