Referencing Styles - Word

I notice that Word 2010 seems to have a few more citation styles (Referencing -> Citations & Bibliography), but it still doesn't have one that I want: Vancouver. Is there a way to edit some file in Office so that one of the current referencing styles is changed to the Vancouver style, or even better, is there a file I can just drop in a folder to add the Vancouver style into the options? I just started having to write properly referenced papers just a while ago, and to be frank, it's a right pain in the ass, so anything that could help ease the pain and frustration would be welcome.
