Reducing Wireless Lag

This is what I am talking about. Ridiculous. Could it be my PCI WiFi card?

I have a WRT54G whose range is been expanded using one of those Linksys range expanders. Rates speeds vary from 2MBPS to 54MBPS. Connection strenght is "very good"

Please help

Do you live in a apartment building, or where other access points are within your range?
Your channel might be congested, try changing it.

Also you can try changing your beacon, RTS and fragmentation values...

looks like you have interferance/weak reception.

Try changing the channel to 1,6,11 and try again. Also try right next to the AP to rule out signal strength.

Meaning if you still get this right next to AP, it is interferance and not strength.
