We buy a large RV fleet. Fill them with our crunchers and modify the ventilation systems. Then we buy a surplus C-5 Galaxy from the air force and fly it back and forth every winter-summer shift.![]()

Dreamers? maybe , but if the world never had dreamers we'd never have innovation or invention.
Oh btw, maybe you're new to the DC forum?, but we generally don't bash other projects.
Criticism is one thing, but derating is another.
I totally understand that people don't want to run SETI because of it's open ended time goals or not being certain that we are searching the correct place/time/method, however that doesn't make it a waste.
Oh & calling a team mate a nut might not go down so well either. He's just very enthusiastic about it
