I wouldn't feel sory if for him if it did. Did you see that yellow thing he knocked down, that was a FD water supply !! And he could have knocked down an electric pole or something on him, what an idiot!!
 
why do people do this type of thing on a small street?
why the hell wouldn't you do it in an open area like a field or a at least an empty parking lot?

actually it bounced into the yard.. it missed the van, so in that note, that redneck got lucky lol
he only has to pay for the fire hydrant, pole, and his car. and not a second vehicle.
