Never used it before, but foud an article here.

If you are a Unix newbie, then Redmond or Redhat Linux may be the way to go.
If you have good Unix knowledge, they give FreeBSD or other BSD flavors a
try.

ive tried it, didnt really like it, kinda missing a few features off of the GUI. real easy install. they have solitare while you wait! other than that i actually prefer mandrake over it.
