I never liked Hootie in the first place so I don't think I will be rediscovering it anytime soon. Since new music sucks so much I am actually going back and listening to albums from bands 20+ years ago that I bought and never really listened to since I was just completing discographies. I missed a lot of good music actually. You do when you only listen to the radio.

I love old music, I swear I was born in the wrong year. I wish I could have experienced the 60's.

Yep, I couldn't stand that album when it came out.
I sort of rediscovered the Beatles in my early 20s, my parents only had the red and blue greatest hits albums when I was a kid. I listened to Revolver and beyond at that point and found out what I'd been missing.

Amazing album!
Good album considering it was written in just a few weeks. Awesome work by the producer.

I just rediscovered 'Reign in Blood' by Slayer. I forgot how much I loved that album when I was a kid and it holds up really well.

Heh - I listened to Cracked Rear View on the way into work this morning. I'm sure it had been at least 8 months before today that I'd listened to it.

One album I rediscovered recently was The Firm's first album. I loved it in college but hadn't listened to it in years. What a great album - love Paul Rodgers (and of course Jimmy Page).

I listen to that cd every once in a while... regularly but not often. It's pretty great :)

Cracked Rear View used to be one of my favorite albums when it came out. Lots of good songs on it. Let her cry is probably my favorite, but I also like Time, Hold my hand and Running from an angel.

I saw them in concert at a festival that I went to a few years ago and they were pretty good. Too bad all their albums after Cracked Rear View sucked.
