Redhat problems

With Redhat, right when it's booting up, it says 'NTLDR' (sp?) is missing.

I don't have any experience with Linux at all, really, but I did fool around with the settings when I'm installing it, to see if that changed anything, without any success. I tried changing LILO to GRUB, and there was no change..

My hardware..

Geforce 4 MX 440
XP 1700
Two Maxtor 80gb HDs
One six gig, solely for Redhat

I had Windows XP installed already.

Any idea what went wrong?

Try installing it again... Otherwise, you're going to have to try to fix your MBR. I'm assuming you can't boot into either linux or xp...
