Up to the stage of "Choosing install or Upgrade", the system report a failure----can not find hardware.

I have deleted the Dos partition--primary, extension or logical. I leave Linux a blank HD to install.

My system is:
DEll Dimension XPS T700r
PIII 700, HD 7200rpm DMA66, 32M NVIDIA geForce Graphics Card, Turtle Beach Montego II A3D 320V Sound Card.

Hmm. My comp is a dell XPS T450

Uses an Intel OEM Mobo 440BX Revision 3 - I think I've seen this mobo in retail boxes somewhere... it was called a "Seattle 440BX"

Has only 1 ISA, 5 PCI and 1 AGP i think. 3 Memory Slots... does this sound familiar?

Dell machines are normally sort of werid anyhow (yes i am one of those werido who always built my own stuff).

Ok can't find hardware? it would help if we know what hardware... but it didn't tell you?
