I'm using Redhat Linux box as the internet server for my home network through IPCHAINS. I want FTP setup on one of my private machines running win2k. What rules do I need to add in IPCHAINS to do this as secure as possible?

---------------------- -----------------
| linux box | | win2k |
nic0 | | nic1 | |
Internet <-------- | (masquerading)|<-------------------------------------->| |
dhcp | | 192.168.0.1 192.168.0.2| |
---------------------- ----------------

Above is my first attempt of an ASCII representation of my network. You likes?
