os redhat 7.0 with dialup connection using external modem

the pc that i like to share the connection runs win98se and win2k on separate drives

both pcs have nics rtl8139 connected with a hub
IP's are 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2
netmask 255.255.255.0

what settings am i looking for in the linux box?
