Redemption Forms: Has your Vista arrived?

I bought a XP Home during December and I bought Vista Home Basic Upgrade with the redemption form. It knocked off 50 bucks. I paid for it and sent in the redemption form over one month ago. Checking the status of my order is pointless. It doesn't give you much information. It feels like it's in limbo. I just e-mailed them today about.

So my question is: if you have taken the same route that I have, has your Vista arrived yet?
 
Moduslink seems disorganized.

I emailed them about Vista upgrade yesterday. I got a standard email saying that Vista is expected to be released sometime in January 2007. I should look for my Vista upgrade 4-6 weeks after Vista is released.
 
Checking mine for one of our laptops says "check back in 2-3 weeks for more info, shipping date TBD" Was sent in 1st week of January. HP
 
This is their response:

"The Upgrade Software should begin shipping late January 2007. You will receive your Vista/Office software within 4-6 weeks from release date."

Very standard considering at the end of the email, they had the topic:

"The Upgrade Software will ship within approximately"

And that's the full quote.
 
This is the e-mail they sent me one month after the Vista release.

"Thank you for submitting your Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit DVD OEM. Your validation is now complete and we will be processing your order. You should receive your order within 4-6 weeks and receive email confirmation when your order is shipped. At any time you may also go to https://upgradeweb.moduslink.com/vista/hp or email us at MSTUPVISTANA@moduslink.com to check on your order.

If you do not receive your order within the time frame specified, please notify us prior to May 1, 2007 for English language versions of the product and June 1, 2007, for non-English language versions of the product so that we may investigate and ship your order. After those dates we may not be able to process your request."
 
Moduslink are a joke, they have ignored multiple emails from me.

I wrote to microsoft to complain. 3 days later I had a phone call and all was resolved.

I have a UK phone number which gets through to a human..... if anyone wants it.
