Last game of a tied World series. Nineth inning, Sox are up by one run. Bases are loaded, and two outs. The opposing team hits a long high one. The ball falls towards the outfielder who is in perfect position. All he has to do to win the Series is to catch this ball. Just as it's a foot away from his glove, God announces the Second Coming, and the world ceases to exist just before the catch is made.

Now you know how the world ends :D

WTF are we losing to Orioles? Snap out of it Red Sox! Let's finish the stretch strong! Lowe got pounded by Orioles today. :(

Sox are now 4 1/2 games behind that Yankees and a HALF GAME in front of the A's for the Wildcard. :)
