RED Screen of Death? Cannot load PC.

When I turn on my PC, I see the motherboard logo splash screen, followed by a black screen with the words: "Loading Operating System" on the top left Corner. Then afterward, a second black screen appears with the message:

find --set-root --ignore-floppies --ignore-cd /win7ldr
Error 15: File not found
Press any Key to Continue.

After pressing a key, a RED Screen appears:
GRUB4dos 0.4.4 2009-09-03, Memory: 638K / 3542M, Menu End: 0x44E07

Then a bunch of "loader" options along with a "Grub Command Line" option at the bottom. Pressing any one of the loader options simply brings me back to the screen with the "find --set-root" text. Except for the last one which takes me to a command prompt.

Any ideas? Pressing F8 when launching doesn't let me into Safe-Mode ether so yea I dont know.

Since you don't seem to know much about GRUB, I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess you aren't a Linux user. Hence it doesn't have a reason to be there except as a loader for pirating Windows 7.

The easiest solution would be to grab a Win 7 disk and have it do a startup repair - it should wipe out the MBR for GRUB and replace it with one for the Windows BCD bootloader. At that point if Windows isn't messed up, you should be golden. Of course if GRUB was being used for Windows piracy, you'll then need to deal with the fact that you don't have a legitimate copy of Windows.
