Red Pixel Problem

After running CS sometimes these red/teal pixels will be all over my screen and I can't get rid of them. If i turn on CS again, sometimes it fixes the problem. To me it seems like a driver problem, because if i uninstall the nvidia drivers the pixels disappear.

Any ideas?

I am using:

AMD Athlon 64+ 3200
Asus a8n-sli deluxe
Leadtek Winfast PX6600GT
Antec Neopower 480W
NEC 3520
Kingston HyperX UL 1GB
Zalman 7000A CU
36GB WD Raptor
2 x 160GB WD 8mb Cache
80 GB WD 8mb Cache

Only things i can think of (in order) are these:

1.) GPU Overclocked too high
2.) GPU is too hot
3.) PSU is not supplying enough power to GPU
4.) System is Overclocked too high
5.) System is too hot.

GPU is running at stock @ about 47 degrees max temp
I think the psu is delivering enough.
System is running stock @ cpu temp of 42 degrees max and system temp at about 38 degrees.

Another note, i have tried all the beta drivers and the latest WHQL release

I've tried most of the nvidia drivers and the latest Omega drivers.
My other card is AGP so i can't use it. Do you think i should RMA the card?
