Maybe I'm looking at it wrong but I don't see any damage to the front of the car that hit the guy. Plus the lady driving the car doesn't seem to react at all.

looks real to me. The car movements seem to match up. The kid seems to be sitting calmly in the first picture while seeminlyg looking at the accident and wincing or whatever. The MB seems to try to avoid him. I guess its the engineering eh? Hit a pedestrian and the ride stays smooth.

I think its FAKE because if you look at the old lady in the first pic you can see her looking at the guy, and if you look at the second pic she's looking straight as if nothing happened.
