We all knew that Jack and Jill was going to suck but instead of simply panning the movie for being bad the red-letter-media guys, of star-wars episode 1 review fame, have an interesting cynical take on the real-meaning of the movie.

The review is about as long as the "Movie" but I think that they've hit their stride with this one; previous "half in the bag" episodes were "eh"; this one's interesting and informative, in a way reminiscent of the ep1 review.

So when did you realize that some movies are made just to give someone a pay-check and hustle the system for cash?

They should have just started with the second part, about how it's not even a real movie. It's just advertisements to get a big paycheck for Adam Sandler and friends.

Occupy Hollywood, I love it.

I think we've been talking about that already, elsewhere.

And it was only funny if you dont count the Plinkett Star Wars/Trek review.

Still watching [the review]. I am entertained [by the review].

[edit]
TO CLARIFY: I DO NOT INTEND TO WATCH JACK AND JILL. THE 2-PART REVIEW LINKED BY THE OP IS WORTH WATCHING IN ITS ENTIRETY.

A scam's a scam. Makes you wonder how many failed companies exist, if only to give everyone a pay-check.

I liked all his plinkett reviews. The other stuff I've tried watching couldn't get into.
Me too, but this half-in-the-bag was great 🙂.

Still watching. I am entertained.
Fairly good for our internet-level attention span.

yea the first part is like a normal review you'd see, only the second part is the real take down on how absurd sandler and co have become at simply working the system for money.
