Because their song "Can't Stop", while a rocking good beat, is sung so badly it reminds me of Hendrix. Even many hendrix fans will admit that while he was a great guitarist he couldn't sing worth a sh*t. What a shame!
 
That song, as with the whole album, is genius and sung RHCP style. They don't sound as good live though... but then not many do.:Q
