Red Hat & XP dual booting question

Hey, a quickie

I wanna put on XP and red hat, any suggestions on order and partitioning?

As for the partitions on my 60 gigger, i don't know exactly how to do it (fdisk or partition magic) for linux, but i do kinda want it 20Gb/40Gb for linux/windows.

And i would appreciate any links to a newbie install of linux (redhat in specific) in terms a life long windows user would comprehend.

As always, install Windows first, 40GB, then Linux, /boot = ~100MB (over kill, but I like it), SWAP 1.5-2x ram, / the rest.
