I can't seem to get the graphical install to work with Red Hat 8.0 every time i either boot my red hat install or choose to use graphical install using the dvi connectors on my geforce 2 ultra, my monitor just sleeps after it starts. Please post if you can help! Thanks in advance. Heiwa j0!

well the thing is that my old install doesn't work ever since i connected a dvi monitor, so i'm assuming the same thing will happen after i install it with a text install. Thanks though goosemaster. Heiwa j0!.

So... Can you use the text installer? You should be able to get it installed using the text installer and configure it to use the DVI after you have everything else installed and setup.

You can install using text mode. If you have a NVIDIA video card you have to install the drivers to drive the DVI port.
