Red Hat Linux Advanced Server

Anyone used this product? I just got an email from my manager, the head of I.T., asking me to look into using Red Hat Linux Advanced Server as a replacement for two Win2k boxes running in a failover cluster. Now I'm a Windows guy, have played with Linux a bit but not a great deal. Is there any advantage of using this version of Linux over the normal Red Hat distro? If so what? I would love any feedback concerning this product or using Linux in a server/cluster environment.
