Red Hat Linux 9 Problem

I didint make one the other day cause my floppy was fried.....and i think thats why RH9 wont boot 😕 i get the Kernal Panic thing and it stops....funny thing is the other day i rebooted like two times with no disk and it worked fine. anyone think they know whats up"
