My red hat firewall is driving me insane. I cant do anything to it, im an administartor yet it wont let me add pots or secure sites or turn it off/change security level and it brought my network to a halt because of it. Am i doing something wrong?

I know this is in the wrong forum but i posted over in OS and its dead and i could do with some help quickly.

try in tech support, that seems to work better for me when i have problems like these, versus OS's.
some of these other boards should really be merged IMO, there just aren't enough people cruising them
