Red Hat Boot disk

I did a custom install of RH 7, when it asked me to create a boot disk, I said yes. It proceeded to do so and worked on the floppy. Now, when I put the floopy in, my computer boots to XP? I have BIOS configured to go to floppy first. I have the boot floppy that came with the installation disks, but that just gives me installation options or "linux rescue". I'm getting the prompt: boot: What should I do? I need to boot to Red Hat by disk per the FAQ about using Windows boot loader to boot to Linux and XP.

I'm following these directions: http://www.anandtech.com/guides/viewfaq.html?i=58

I get to step 3. and can't boot to Linux!
