Red Hat 7.3 and OPENSSH

Does OPENSSH is installed by default or I have to install it manually? Also how can I run OPENSSH and what command I need to use for that?

If you mean the client, it comes preinstalled by default. The command is ssh. For more info, check the RedHat OpenSSH Guide.

you have to choose it in the package list, but it might be checked by default.
