I actually DL's the Red Faction demo last week or so (you could get a code to download it off of THQ). Not worth your time IMHO. Destroying buildings and such is sorta fun but that's about it for me. They didn't do a very good job implimenting the 3rd person view (or maybe it's not the "behind the shoulder" view that I've come to love so I'm bitter).

What's up with the guns in RF:G? They're really weak, yet the hammer is extremely powerful. Graphics are lacking. Animations were weird.

However, the open ended gameplay has the POTENTIAL to be good.

Me too. Actually I'm not a UFC fan so I don't really care... I just want to see if the graphics are as good as the few early videos I saw.

Played the UFC demo, and it was pretty good. I feel like it can be a button mashing fest though which I don't like at all. To break certain things you have to rapidly press the face buttons which gets pretty annoying. Probably the best you can ask for in a UFC game though, which I didn't think they could pull off properly but they did very well.
