Red Exclamation Point with Adobe and MS Word Documents

On some of my Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word 2007 documents, I see a red exclamation point on some of these documents- like you see here.. The others have green check marks.

Anyone have a clue why some have a read exclamation point while others have a green check?

is this part of a cvs or svn repository? if so, the red exclamation marks mean that you need to commit your changes still.

These files are in my "Documents" folder. They are already saved and the programs closed.

It's part of the Mozy backup program. The green checks mean it's been backed up, the red marks mean they have not.

Very nice! That explains it. Thank you very much!

No problem. I noticed it on my dad's computer and I though he had downloaded some spyware. I checked Mozy and sure enough they added that by default.
