Red color is way too dark

Hi. I installed a GT 430 onto my HTPC and all the red colors are really dark. Are there any tools that can help me make the red colors brighter while keeping the other colors intact?

You need to adjust the chroma level. Right click on your desktop and choose the appropriate menu.
