Red Bank, NJ or close by Need a good restaurant

My friend just finished grad school and I want to treat him to a good lunch by my work.

Any ideas? The only seafood he eats is fish.

So I'm hoping that ther is a good fish place close by or a good steak house. If it is a steak house the steak MUST BE AGED. I refuse to pay for non-aged steak.
