The construction animation seems to be turned off?

I'm playing Uprising, and the buildings just BUILD to full but no construction animation, it just shows the finished building while it's being built?? 🙁🙁
 
I found the problem, it's the trainer i'm using hahaha.. Slap on the wrist to all cheaters includin myself.. haha.:sneaky::sneaky:
