I'll see if I can get some, just ignore the big yellow stain in the front.
 
I have a dozen old pairs of jeans with holes in. I can send them to you and you can make your own if you want...?

You might want to add some paint and bleach stains too, and make a fresh hold somewhere like the knee so they look even better.
