Recycle Bin won't empty in Vista

Hey guys!

For some reason, when clicking "empty recycle bin", it just says "calculating time remaining" and hangs indefinitely and seems to lock up. When clicking the "more information" tab it shows that "0 bytes/sec" are being deleted.

UPDATE: I actually think I've narrowed it down. It's not EVERYTHING in the recycle bin causing the problem. I have 3 .mov files that seem to cause the problems. Everything else deleted just fine by right clicking and selecting 'delete', but none of these files will go anywhere. I also can't restore them to the desktop, that also brings up the "calculating time remaining" message and it just hangs indefinitely.

Please help!

What if you log in with another account to delete the files - do they go then?
