I have norton Utils installed on my Comp. First problem is a i deleted two files off one of my drives and they are not in the recycle bin however the drive says that the space of those 2 files is still taken. The recycle bin says that it has files in it and when i look in there, there is nothing. So i right click on the recycle bin and say empty recycle bin and it says Are you sure you want to delete 'WINDOWS'. There is nothing in the Recycle bin!!! Whats going on? Second problem is I have DivX codecs and I also have the playa. When i try to play a movie in Win Media Player it plays the audio but with a media player graphic..When i itry to open it in the playa it just freezes the Playa..whats going on there? thanks

This might be a stupid question, but do you have "Show all files" or "Show hidden files and folders" selected and "Hide file extensions for known file types" unchecked in the Folder Options?

Don't know what to tell you about the media player problems... Maybe someone else will have some ideas.

Make sure your windows media player is of the latest update and then go Here and get the latest codec.

Good luck

Actually I installed the codec for DIVX & WindowsMP still wouldn't play it.
I had to install the "Playa" & it works just fine.
