Recycle Bin Problem

hi ive had this weird recycle bin problem on the last 2 computers ive cleaned viruses and spyware on. Whats happening is the recycle bin doesnt have a name and when you click on it, it goes invisible.
I have tried to delete and put it back on with a registry edit and it just keeps coming up the same way. I cant get the recycle bin back to normal for anything so if anyone has seen or know how to fix it i would appreciate it greatly.
 
sorry i am running xp and i finally figured it out. Im assuming a piece of spyware deleted the registry clsid key of the recycle bin. So what i did is export that registry file from the another computer with xp and put it back in registry.
Works just fine now so if anyone runs into this problem just know that you will have to import a new registry recycle bin file to get it properly working again 🙂
