Recycle bin log file?

Is there by chance a recycle bin log file or something anywhere within windows? I have a file called r_sum_ that my recycle bin keeps telling me that it cannot delete. However, a file by such a name is nowhere to be found.

I have a feeling that the real file name at some point was "resume" with those little tick marks over the top of the e's. Maybe it screwed it up somehow.

Anyway, if someone knows of a recycle bin log file or something, please let me know.

None that I know of. Do you have, delete immediately without moving into recycle bin option checked by chance? Or another possibility is that some program is actually using that file currently, so you can't even move it into the recycle bin if that's the case.
