Recurring Payments for my cell phone...

I would like to set up recurring payments on my phone bill. Which way do you have it set up? Credit card or bank account?

does that mean automatic payments? If so, Sprint gives me $5 to do it automatically through my checking acct

goes on my credit card for a sprint phone... and the verizon phones we have - they take it right out of the bank account. Both ways work fine, except the sprint one gets taken out "later"... no difference after a few months anyway.

i thought that was just for the first month you do it... does this happen every month ?

Credit card, for the fairly negligible points gained in its rewards program.

yeah i get 5 cents back on every bill or something like that

if you pay off your credit card in full every month and get reward points, i'd use the credit card..
I calculated my cashback annually to be $12 for doing that. It's not quite enough for me to switch... maybe if it were $30/yr.

Right now it's taking from a joint account rather than my personal cashback credit card.
