Recurrence in Outlook

Many of my meetings are scheduled for days such as: the 3rd Tuesday of Each Month, the 2nd Wednesday of Each Month, and etc.

IS there a way that I can schedule such recurrences with Outlook 2000.
 
In outlook 2003 I goto File menu, New, meeting request, then click on the Recurrence button at the top. Then under recurrence pattern you can select monthly and there are the options 🙂

Might be somewhat the same in 2000....not sure.
