Hi all,

Have any of you noticed a difference in the credits gives for AMD and Intel CPU's.

I have a whole lot of P4 3GHz machines that give me about 600 credits per day. I have an AMD 3500+ and a AMD X2 4800+. The X2 is barely breaking 600 and I would have expected closed to 800 or a 1000.

The absolute values may noit be of importance, but it is the comparision. Any ideas?

The P4's are running Win 2k while the X2 is running Win XP.

The 3500 was giving about 400 per day, which is to be expected I suppose. I have since changed it over to another project.

Sorry borg, no experience with RCN 🙁

But it wouldn't be the first time for a DC project to run better on one sort of CPU than on another. Just think about those infamous F@H WUs that exclusively ran on Intel.
