Recruiting Software, suggestion

Hello People

I am currently working as a Marketing Manager for a recruiting firm in Minneapolis MN, called "virtelligence" and we are working on searching for the best applicant tracking system for our firm. we were using Bullhorn's software but it made our recruiting life-cycle exhausting plus it is expensive, though.

we are looking for a customized applicant tracking system which can best fit our Business module for auto parsing and mobile recruiting. we have found

http://www.recruitbpm.com
http://www.catsone.com
http://www.smartrecruiters.com

I would like to humbly request if anyone here has used any of above-mentioned software which is easy to use and not that expensive?

How big is your company and what are some of the primary features that your recruiters need?

Assuming you're under 3k employees, I'd look at Workable, Smart Recruiters, Greenhouse and Lever. Maybe Jobvite if your only real need is sourcing (their ATS isn't as strong as their sourcing software.)

If you're over 3k employees you're probably looking at ICIMS, Jobvite, SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo (ugh) or Kenexa.

None of the tools on the market right now are terrific honestly. The smaller ones I listed have better pre-built feature sets and collaboration tools but aren't as configurable or scalable. The bigger guys have more config and scalability but are clunkier, take longer to implement, and overall gappier feature-wise because they're older, build more piecemeal and have gone through acquisitions they had to integrate.
