Recovery password from 7z file

I posted this in Windows Software last week, but I figured I might get a better response here.

I have a .7z file that I put a password on. I think its 8 characters and I think its dictionary words, but obviously I can't remember the password so I'm not quite sure.

I need some way to recover this password. Any suggestions?
