Recovery from a cloned disc

OK, so the RAID 1 got nuked on my Zotac N73PV running Windows 7 Home Premium. When I tried to rebuild the RAID 1 It would not register the rebuilt array as healthy. I put in two new HD of the same size as the original and built it back up. I've reinstalled Win 7 and everything seems to be OK again.

However, I'm not sure how to clone the new RAID from the remaining healthy HD of the original RAID.

Anyone know how to do this?

I have done it a few times using Acronis TI's clone function using the program prepared bootable "Rescue Media." It sees your data drive one of them, and youir RAID array as another. Clone the data drive to the RAID array.

Clonezilla can also do it.
