Recovery disks for IBM T23

I just bought a Thinkpad T23 w/ W2k and noticed in the manuals that a Field-Replaceable Unit was available for a WinXP recovery disk. Does anyone know if I can use the WinXP recovery disk on my TP and/or if IBM will send it to me if I requested for the FRU?
