Recovery CD 64bit and 32bit

Does anyone know if I can create a 32bit Windows 7 cd on a 64 bit Windows 7 machine? I need to repair a clients MBR and I am unsure at this point if he is running a 32 or 64 bit Win 7 OS., when I go there I want to be prepared for both. I have a 64bit recovery cd and need a 32 bit. I do not have a 32 bit PC to create one.

You don't have to have the recovery or installation disk to perform a MBR repair. The Windows Recovery Environment can be accessed by tapping the F8 key as soon as you restart the PC. You'll have access to exactly the same recovery tools available on the recovery disk.

Thanks guys, turns out his pc is not a windows 7 system, it's a xp home pc he is using for his small welding business. The original HDD crashed and he had a "friend" tell him he could simply swap out the drive fron an even older HP Pc with the same OS. Needless to say all the drivers need to be updated, the ethernet controller being one of them so updating, for the time being is impossible, especially since one of the first words out of his mouth was he didn't have the 60 bucks I charge for basic analysis and fixing minor software issues. Why do people think what we do is free?
