recovering unknown hard drive space

i was reading the article on this siteThe inquirer and i was wonderin if anyone has ever tried this. cause if it does my two 120's are having it done

if you really read it,all hes doing is messing up the partition tables. a similar issue came about when my 512meg compact flash card died. windows would only see it as 2.5gb. i could sorta use it,but i would get all kinds of errors because it was trying to write to what didn't exsist.

Tell you what, why don't you do that, fill up both partitions, then post again?

I do not think these are overlapping partitions because file space is not affected when you write to one or the other.

I do not think this guy knows sh!t from solid gold. Perhaps he should try filling both partitions and report on it.
