Recovering Pictures

I recently reformatted my hard drive. I had some pictures on there that I forgot to backup. When I remembered I needed those pictures, I recovered them using some program. However, now that I have those pictures some of them I can see others I cannot. Anyone know how to fix this?

If you really want those files, I would NOT modify the original drive with any recovery software, I would make an image copy of the drive's data and try to recovery on the backup.

That is for photo recovery, though if you have already modified the drive's data with other (not entirely successful) recovery software, maybe it will be hard to improve on the results already garnered.

I'm sure there are other / maybe better data recovery programs out there.

Good luck.

well thats how it is, the recovery software did as good a job trying to reconstruct lost data. some may have been overwritten if you wrote on the drive after format. and well professional recovery costs a pretty penny, and most of them won't help if you've already overwritten ur stuff
