recovering password

i was changing my msn password on my laptop and the keyboard is sensitive and i guess i typed my password wrong. I don't remember the answer to the secret question is their anyway i can recover my password? its kind of important

Grasping at straws here, but if you asked it to remember your password a cracking tool might help you.

Out of my league here but maybe you could look at this?
