Hi, I have need of help from some Apple experts out there :)

One of my friends is recently divorced, and the husband took the Mac they were sharing and also changed the iTunes account password of the account they were using. She still has her iPhone with all of her and her kids music, photos, apps, etc.

Is there any way to sync the phone to a different new iTunes account and keep everything? Or manually copy off the music and photos, I'm not really sure how to help on this one, my Mac/OSX/iOS skills are almost 100% at the level of a novice user only.

Thanks for any help or advice!

Senuti?

It is a program you install on your mac that should get the music and whatnot off the device.

Awesome, I'm guessing it's a free 3rd party app? From there I can just plop it into whatever folders it's supposed to go in? The lady has a new Mac and a basically blank new iTunes account on the Mac now.

Thanks so much for your help! I like Macs, but when it goes beyond simple user-level stuff, I have a really hard time wrapping my head around them, so used to PCs for so many years.

No, it is not free, it is about $10 I believe. There may be free alternatives, but I know that Senuti will pull data off of iPhones, not all of them can.
