Recovering IE favorites from an old installation?

My girlfriend's Windows install committed suicide, but before reformatting the drive and reinstalling 98 SE, I copied the drive's contents to a folder on my computer. I've used this folder to move all of her documents, emails, etc. back over, but I can't figure out where the IE favorites are stored, or if it's even possible to recover them now. Has anyone done this before?

"c:\windows\favorites" is the usual location for Win98.
